Ato Mohammed-Nur Saney Habib
Ato Mohammed-Nur Saney Habib is Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ato Mohammed began his career in Commercial Bank of Ethiopia where he had served for 13 years and following this he worked at the former National Transport Corporation for five years. Ato Mohammed has served as Board of Director in various companies which include International Cardiovascular Center S.C., Nursealm College S.C., Wollo Tertiary Care & Teaching Hospital Project, and National Association of Ethiopian Industries. Currently he is working for Ethiopian Spring M.B. S.C. in the position of Vice Chairman of the Board. Ato Moahmmed received Diploma in Banking and Insurance.


Ato Tilahun Worku Robi
Ato Tilahun Worku is board member in AICC representing one of the Addis Ababa City Administration’s enterprises, namely the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise which is the Lion’s shareholder In AICC. He has Masters of art Degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development, Addis Ababa University (AU), Addis Ababa, 2007-2008, Bachelor of Education Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Adama University (AU), Nazareth, 2000-2006 and Diploma in Industrial Education, Nazareth Technical College, Nazareth, 1994-1995.
Currently Ato Tilahun is Head of the Mayor’s office and Cabinet Affairs of the Addis Ababa City Administration. Before he assumed the current position he had worked in various organizations and varied capacities such as teaching in high schools, institutions and Universities, heading vocational institutions and universities, General Director of Addis Ababa TVET Agency, Head of Micro and Small Enterprise Development Bureau of the Addis Ababa City Administration, General Manager of Procurement and Property Disposal Agency of Addis Ababa city Administration, General Manager of Biftu Adugna Business Share Company (doing Import Export Company), Adviser to the President of Oromia regional sate, Headed Enterprise and Industry Development Bureau of Oromia Regional state, Director General of Procurement and Property Disposal Agency, Oromia regional state and as Advisor to Attorney General, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Ato Tsegaye Kemis Aredo
Ato Tsegaye is a member of the Board of Directors representing Awash Insurance Share Company. Ato Tsegaye was the Chief Executive Officer of Awash Insurance Share Company and he has served in this position for 22 years since the establishment of Awash Insurance. Prior to this Ato Tsegaye has worked in Ethiopian Insurance Corporation as Main Branch Manager, Main Branch Assistant Manager Life Branch, Claims Department Head Non-life Branch, and Department Head. At the Imperial Insurance Share Company he served as Personal Assistant to the General manager and Executive Secretary.
In educational institutions Ato Tsegaye served as Instructor and Student’s Affairs Officer in the Commercial School of Addis Ababa. Ato Tsegaye had also served in ODA Share Company as Board Chairman; in Insurance fund Administration Agency as Board Member, in Awash Insurance Share Company from 1999 to 2014, Awash International Bank for three terms of three years each, and in Addis Ababa Red Cross Society as board member. Ato Tsegaye has Honorary Doctor of Business Administration (DBA Honoris Causa) specializing in insurance Management from Commonwealth University 2016, Fellow of Life Management (FLMI) Life Office Management Association (LOMA) from USA with Distinction, and Advanced Diploma in Commerce (with Distinction) from Commercial School of Addis Ababa in 1970.


Ato Wondwossen Alemu Taddesse
Ato Wondwossen Alemu is a member of the Board of Directors representing Ethio-South Investment Share Company. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ethio-South Investment Share Company. Ato Wondwossen is currently serving the following companies at different capacities.
- C & E Brothers Steel Company – Major Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Ethio-South Investment Group – Charman of the Board of Directors;
- MWA High Tech Plastic Industry – Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive of the Company;
- Ediget Dirina Mag Garment & Real Estate – Major Shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors;
Prior to this, Ato Wondwossen has served in leadership positions in different countries in the following companies:
- In Ethiopia – MWA Trading as General Manager and Major Shareholder; and in Wondwossen Alemu Trading (Import & Export) as Owner and General Manager;
- In South Africa – as founder and General Manager of JABULANI GEMECHU General Trading; and as Founder and General Manager of Henefra General Trading;

Ato Wondwossen received Diploma in Business Administration; he had also various trainings in business administration and business exposure visits.
Hon. Ato Girma Seifu Maru
Currently Ato Girma Seifu is Commissioner at the Addis Ababa City Administration Investment Commission. He is also Lead consultant. He has over 30 years of field-based experience in project implementation and grant making related to government and non-government funded projects in wide variety of sectors including capacity building of community based organizations. He has been actively involved in implementation of extensive field work involving research, analysis, design and assessments of organizations and programs.
With a solid academic grounding in Economic Policy Analysis, Leadership and practice, Ato Girma has specifically worked on leading national grant making, training of CBOs in the area of leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, proposal writing, business development, etc supported by PACT, ACCORD Ethiopia and European Union Fund for civil societies. At the local level, Mr. Girma has liaised with diverse NGOs and GO constituencies for the purposes of collaboration and the development of capacity building activities. At the national and regional levels, he has worked in Federal HAPCO as key person in the development of National HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and World Bank grant making. He worked in Pact Ethiopia (USAID Funded Program) as Grant Manager. Ato Girma has served the Ethiopian Parliament from 2010-2015. Ato Girma has an M. Sc. in Economic Policy Analysis from Addis Ababa University, and ACCA – Certificate Level from London.


Ato Lemma Yadecha Gudeta
Mr. Lemma joined Ethiopian on September 06, 1999 and has served the Airline for 23 years in different Senior Management positions including Area Manager Burkina Faso, Area Manager Malaysia, Area Manager France, Director Global Call Center, and Managing Director Ethiopian International Services.
Currently, he is serving Ethiopian as Chief Commercial Officer since April 12, 2022. As Chief Commercial Officer, he heads and directs the development and coordination of Sales, Services and Operation of all International and Domestic Flights, Ethiopian Airlines Group activities and objectives, policies, procedures, plans and programs. Directs and Controls the company’s individual and corporate passenger sales, ticketing, reservations, and passenger services activities at all overseas locations of Ethiopian Airlines, all over the planet Establishes revenue targets and evaluate its implementation.
Oversees the administrative and sales support staff to ensure that the required assistance and support is in place, including customer-oriented schedules, products, pricing are established and efficient administrative, promotional and distribution support are provided for sales offices to achieve their revenue target.
He holds BSC Degree in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Technology, MSC in Geotechnical Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Technology and MSC in Integrated Marketing Communication from University of Mississippi, USA.
Ato Haileyesus Bekele
Ato Haileyesus has 23+ years’ of experience with more than 10 years’ of experience at Senior and Strategic positions, More than 2 and half years as President of the Development Bank of Ethiopia and about 7 years as President of the then Construction & Business Bank and Vice President in different positions in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia for half of his career. Besides, he has a comprehensive experience in Board of Management roles, participating as nonvoting member and resource person, President of the Development Bank of Ethiopia and Construction and Business Bank; board member of Ethiopian Bankers Association and EthSwith S.Co. Ato Haileyesus also served as member of the Ethiopian Financial Studies Institution of the National Bank of Ethiopia; Chairman and member of Universal Investors Company S.Co. (UNICO), Member of Ethiopian Commodity Exchange – ECX and Ethiopian Agricultural Business Corporation and currently he is serving Bole Printing PLC as Chairman of its Board.
Ato Haileyesus has MBA Degree in International Business from the University of Greenwich, in collaboration with International Institute of Leadership, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and BA Degree in Management from Addis Ababa University and has taken multitudes of management, banking and planning related trainings locally and much more from abroad.


Ato Damtew Alemayehu Boche
Ato Damtew is AAICE’S Board member representing Siket Bank S.C. which is one of the City Administration Enterprises. Ato Damtew has thus far a 16 year period of work experience in the 11 years of which in Managerial positions and 4 years as Chief Executive Officer in Inland Revenue office, OCSSCO Chewaka branch Office, OCSSCO Bedele Branch, OCSSCO Illubabor Zonal Offices, OCSSCO Jimma Zonal Office, OCSSCO West Shoa Zonal Office, ADCSI Head office and Siket Bank.
Ato Damtew has MBA from Jimma University and BA in Business Management from the University of Gondar. He also has taken several trainings which are directly related to his major academic area, profession and work.

W/ro Hadera Gebru is a resent entrant to the Board Directors of AICC, she has been a shareholder for many years now, though. Ato Lulseged Beyene Kassa
The 12th General Assembly of AICC elected Ato Lulseged Beyene Kassa to serve the company as one of its Board Directors.
Ato Lulseged obtained his BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Addis Ababa University in 1982. He also has had various trainings on relevant vocational areas both locally and in Sweden.
Ato Lulseged has many years of versatile employment history. He was assistant Manager in the former Ministry of State Farms, Awash Agricultural Development Corporation, Upper Awash (Dubti) Central W/Shop, Powerhouse and Cotton Ginnery, Head of Vehicles Procurement Division of the Road Transport Authority for about seven years, Technical and Supplies Manager in the Anbassa City Bus Service Enterprise, Service Manager in Ethio Neppon SC, Manager of Service and Parts in Equatorial Business Group, General Manager in Pantec Ethiopia Plc and Addis Lemat Agricaltural & Bussiness Plc. respectively, Technical and Investment Manager of BEAEKA Plc and currently he is owner and GM of Sunsel Pharmaceuticals.
